Due to COVID-19, our courier partners are experiencing delays due to physical distancing requirements, and increased shipment volumes. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-5 business days for Liv Organics to pick, pack, and prepare your order.

Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Shipping Information for Canada

1-5 business days. FREE for orders over $75 before taxes, anywhere in Canada.

If the order is under $75 before taxes, a charge will be applied at checkout to cover the cost of shipping.

For this shipping method, Liv Organics uses Canada Post, and a tracking number is included.

*Remote locations / rural areas may take up to 7 business days.

*Additional charges may apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, based on weight.

Returns and Exchanges

It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@livorganics.ca with your order number, the item you are looking to return and the reason for your return. A Liv Organics customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.

 Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not returnable.

Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, hair, skin care, personal care items and clearance items are not eligible for return. 

Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s) to Livorganics.ca.

 Once we receive the package please expect one to two weeks for it to be processed and for you to receive your refund or credit.
